What a wonderful retreat! This hotel nestled in the mountains offers a gorgeous view of the surrounding landscape. My room was spacious and came with all the necessary amenities. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the location felt a bit remote, which might not be ideal for everyone. However, if you're looking for relaxation, it’s a fantastic choice.

While the hotel is located in a peaceful spot surrounded by nature, the distance from local attractions makes it feel somewhat isolated. It’s best to rely on the shuttle or taxis to explore the area.

The Hyatt in Hakone is a lovely retreat with a beautiful atmosphere and spacious rooms, making for a relaxing getaway. I truly enjoyed the Onsen experience and the variety at breakfast. However, the hotel feels a bit isolated, and the price point might not provide the best value compared to other similar options.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, surrounded by beautiful nature and breathtaking mountain views. The rooms were spacious, clean, and luxurious, which completely impressed me. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety, although I missed having an espresso machine. Dinner was a bit pricey but expected at a five-star hotel. Overall, this place is definitely a cozy retreat but could benefit from more activities for families.

The shuttle service made getting around easy, and the on-site amenities, especially the spa, were delightful. However, I found the dining a bit on the pricey side compared to other places in Japan, but the quality certainly made up for it.

My stay at this hotel was truly delightful! The room was spacious and luxurious, equipped with all the amenities I could wish for, making it an excellent retreat. The onsen was a wonderful way to unwind, and the free shuttle service made getting around a breeze. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with limited options and high prices. Overall, a fantastic place with some room for improvement in the dining department.
